Today, in a short piece I want to discuss how we are doing on Digitization.
The first question that arises when it comes to a technical field involves passion, more specifically, Is there room for passion in a technical field?
The answer is universally valid, without passion we cannot succeed. When it comes to a technical field, complexity and thirst for knowledge set the stage. Curiosity is a crucial trait, because it gives you the dose of stubbornness needed at every stage, not to give up in researching and learning new and vital things to find answers and solve problems.
The complex problems that arise in technical fields may intrigue you the most, but the satisfaction is brought by the answers you find.
This way of looking at problems keeps your passion intact over the years.
How do you know when you need to change something? What do you do to stay on top of things?
The first rule of thumb is that there is no downtime in learning where you don’t do anything or invest. If you are the leader of the team, you inevitably learn what each person under you is doing. And because you understand some of the challenges they face, you must want to provide them with an engaging work environment.
The first step we need to take in our careers in 2023, is to refine and mature our hybrid work program to further develop collaboration, engagement and motivation while working in the way that makes us most productive and satisfied at work.
The key to success is often the desire to develop additional benefits that compensate for this, and at the moment it’s safe to say that the number of companies relying on this is growing.
During the pandemic, remote working and the great layoff were the phenomena that most unbalanced the labor market and radically transformed flexibility into the employment standard in 2022.
In 2023, to make everything flexible, not just efficient, companies will look to offer these self-service services to employees even on mobile, to keep up with each person’s work pace.
Digitization is a constant concern for companies in all industries and we see this directly in our collaboration with our clients in different countries.
Whether we’re talking telecom, retail, financial-banking, healthcare, public sector, utilities, they are looking to optimize the way they work and their business processes, develop their competitive advantages and improve their operational efficiency.
In the face of these challenges, technology is an important ally, and our goal is – through technology – to help our customers grow their business, no matter what stage they are in the digital transformation process.
We can now say that the success of companies will increasingly depend on their ability to effectively use automation tools and digital solutions based on automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, machine learning.
So, the conclusion of today’s discussion raises one question, What resources are you willing to use to streamline the digitization process in your company?
